    Default Music Creation software..?

Can someone recommend a few worth trying..
I'm a complete beginner so something that's fairly easy to use would be preferable, I used to love Music 2000 (MTV Music generator) back in the day, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work on Windows 7 x64.

    Thanks.

Ableton Live isn't too difficult to learn, although I never quite got the hang of it.

Used FL studio since its early form before they even had vst support I'd say I used it for a good 8 yrs. I use live now though I like the workflow much more. Using that for 2 and a half. Tried various other programs out there in all these years and anybody will tell you use what your comfortable with. Different strokes for different folks.
